Extended Pack.
Tru - Royalborda Moment of Truth
Stunning and catching the eye from the moment she was moving, this beautiful girl was our keeper from Niyah’s third litter. Tru went on to show she knew how to show off her beautiful conformation by winning Best Baby Puppy in Specialty Show at the Border Collie Club of NSW, then later followed this up with Best Minor Puppy in Specialty show at the Border Collie Club of QLD.
Her energy and desire to be more active had her less suited to the show life as she grew up, becoming more of a sporting dog in nature. As such we decided it would be best for her to find a home that would be able to do a lot of sport training with her, while we were more focused on the shows and sheep herding.
Tru has moved to NSW with her new owners Haley & Stephanie and we look forward to hearing about her achievements!
Niyah - Aust. Ch. Quinora Play It Kool HT.
Niyah is and will always be a winner and a great part of the Royalborda family. She was the girl who started showing us what it was like to win ribbons in the ring and she was such an adorable girl. Honestly she was sweet in temperament and look.
After achieving her show title and her herding title she was also mum to three litters, where we ran on a girl from her second and third litters. Her pup Skye was the one to carry on her genetic legacy, while Tru showed her mum she had the same skills in the ring.
Now days Niyah is retired with a beautiful family and not too far away so we can always visit.
Scout - Royalborda Radioactive RN. TK.S HTM.S
We can’t help but share this boy on our extended pack because he and his owner Katelyn are doing such amazing work. They’re training for Dances with Dogs and their routines and tricks are awesome! We’re totally in awe of how smart and beautifully they work as a team.
So far they have competed and achieved titles in Rally Obedience, Trick Dogs, and Dances with Dogs (both Freestyle and Heelwork to Music).

Andi - Royalborda Starcrossed Love.
Andi is the beautiful girl from Delta's (Royalborda Hearts On Fire) first litter in 2019 with Bayley (Ch. Trucharm Court In The Act). She was the only girl born of the litter and we were tasked with deciding whether or not to keep her or her brother Dare.
Luckily for us Laura was looking for a bitch to show and potentially breed herself so it worked out perfectly for us and Andi went down to live with Laura.
We're still extremely proud of Miss Andi and so she gets her own page here. One day Andi will also continue her line and it will be an exciting event for all.
Summer - Aust. Ch. Royalborda Whisper of Fire CCD. RN. HSAs.
Summer was the first dog we took into the show ring, and in that first show Kayla & Summer won a mini frilly ribbon for Baby Puppy of Breed. Needless to say we caught the show bug from that day and Summer has led us on many firsts.
Together with Kayla they trained and competed in Conformation Shows, Sheep Herding, Obedience, Rally-O and Jumpers. A new challenge for Summer was met with intelligence, sometimes too much. She has a cheeky streak and would purposefully fail in a new spot of her CCD every time, and then once she’d done it for each section, she got a perfect score of 100. Yep, she knew what she was doing.
Delta - Royalborda Hearts on Fire
Happy and energetic, Delta is a dog that brightens up the world around her. Unfortunately due to her blue eye she couldn’t be shown so we looked at training for Obedience and Rally-O. There wasn’t enough time in a weekend when all sports are on so unfortunately she never got titled.
She did however have two beautiful litters, continuing the line from her mother Summer and father Hunter. A wonderful mum she had Dare and Andi in her first litter, showing she could produce some lovely dogs to continue on the legacy as well.
A complete water dog she was rehomed where she has her own personal mini-beach and only a short walk to the main beach. Oh and she’s a paddleboarding dog now.
Hunter - Aust. Ch. Ionaborda Grand Slam HT.
We will forever be thankful to Catherine Bull of Ionaborda Border Collies for allowing this beautiful boy to join our family. He was our first dog purchased specifically for show and he had a beautiful grace in the ring with a lovely flowing coat. As such it was no surprise when he titled after only a year.
Charming and a big cuddle bear, Hunter went on to do sheep herding and train for obedience. He sired two beautiful litters, one with Summer and one with Niyah.
With his gorgeous and cuddly temperament we knew he would do well as an only dog lapping up all the attention, so that’s what he got. Now he lives not too far away from us and is a totally spoiled rotten baby.
Maiya - Neut. Ch. Kelsdon Miss Maggie HT.
Oh sweet Maiya, our first ever red and white in the family and the start of our love for them. Who wouldn’t have fallen in love with them with this beautiful girl in their family? She was technically Kayla’s 21st birthday present but became Sam’s dog. And they did everything together.
With her sweet and gentle nature it took a lot of coaxing for her to chase sheep, she was such a loving dog. She adopted every puppy who joined the family and loved being a mum herself.
She went on to live at a lovely hobby farm with a wonderful owner. Super spoiled of course and well known by the whole town, as she should be. Can’t not adore this beautiful girl.
Dare- Royalborda Defying Gravity
This gorgeous boy with the most beautiful temperament in the world was our keeper from Delta. He was the last one of his line that was kept at Royalborda, the great-grandson of Maiya and the grandson of Summer & Hunter. He was also Andi’s litter brother.
Unfortunately things were not meant to be and it was decided to move him to a home where he could thrive as a beautiful pet, and thrive he is doing! He loves the beach and lives so close to it with his new family. He was a hard goodbye but he is living his best life.
